With property's being sold at a furious pace, it's a good time to be a home inspector.....problem is that every inspector is booked up. Henderson Home Inspection understood our situation with trying to close a negotiation for a 11 acre property with a 22 yr old manufactured home. Even though booked solid, The Henderson team found a way to accommodate us by getting the inspection complete several days in advance of the next available date. The report was provided the same day as the inspection to give us time to get estimates for repairs in order to negotiate the price of the property. As a builder, I was very impressed with the clear and detailed description of the report accompanied with good photos to backup the narrative. My wife and I was very grateful for the service and would highly recommend Henderson Home Inspection for those who value true customer service.
